As a manager with an MBA degree, there are certain things your boss expects you would know.
1. Take The Lead
Your primary responsibility as a manager will be to manage a team. However, don’t just do what your job description asks of you. Take the lead and be proactive in your organization. For instance, take the necessary steps to streamline business processes or devise new ways to maximize business turnover.
2. Solutions Not Problems

3. Go Beyond Your Own Role
